How to add a new contract?

Step 1

Select Contracts from the Personal file side menu. Select the Add new contract button in the upper right corner.

Step 2

Complete the form by entering the details of the document. Decide whether the contract should be visible to the employee concerned and whether his supervisor should have access to it.

Step 3

If you want to attach a scan of the document, select the Add attachment button. You can also set a reminder about the end of the contract here. Check the entered data, if it is correct, press the Add button. The new agreement will be entered into the system.

On the list you will find a new contract – by clicking directly on the contract or clicking on the three dots button, you can read its details.
