Step 1
From the Personal file side menu, click on the Custom notifications tab. Press the + Add custom nofification button in the upper right corner (if you have not created any types of notifications, you can add them by clicking on the three dots button in the upper right corner and pressing the Add a new type of notification)
Step 2
Select the employee and the type of notification, you can also set the date of the notification and its validity. Decide, if the notification should be also visible for the employee and their manager.
Step 3
Turn on the notifications by clicking on the slider. From here you can select when it should be send, and also if the employee and their supervisor should also recieve it.
After filling in the data, press Add to save the changes. The newly added custom notification will be visible in the list.
