Step 1
Select the Resources tab from the Personal file side menu. Click on the Assign resource button in the upper right corner.
Step 2
Select an employee and assign him a resource. After completing the form, click Add.
Step 3
The new resource type will appear in the list.

You can also do this by selecting Organization from the side menu, and clicking on the employee of your choice to get to their profile.
Step 2
Go to the Personal File tab and select the Resources section. Then click on the plus button.
Step 3
Fill out the form by selecting a specific resource and click Add.
