The instructions below apply to the Human Resources Department account. Click the link to go to the instructions for the Employee and Manager account.
Step 1
From the side menu select Configuration and then click the External login button from the General settings tile.
Step 2
Change the allowed external login methods to your preference.
Step 3
Choose the Microsoft account from the list and save.
Step 4
Go into Configuration and click the Main account button from the Account data tile.
Step 5
Turn on the Microsoft account external login.
Step 6
Log in to your Microsoft account and agree to exchange data with HRnest system.
Step 7
Ready! Integration has been completed. Now you can log in to the HRnest system using your Microsoft account.
