Indication of replacement during your absence enables to authorize another person to accept your employees vacation requests.
Step 1
Select Replacement from the side menu.
Step 2
You will be redirected to your profile. Adding a replacement is also possible from the Permissions section – for absences. Click the plus icon to add a replacement.
Select the date range for the replacement, select the appropriate person and click the Save button. You can choose different people to replace you at different times – a list of previously set replacements is displayed above the form.
