Check if you have a good filtering setting, you should probably extend the date range in the list of requests.
Example:
The Holiday entitlement report shows that employee has used 6 days of his holiday limit.
However, after going to the List of request, we can see only one request.
It is necessary to extend the date range – thanks to that we will get a correct view of all request.
