Step 1
Select Configuration from the side menu, then the Personal file configuration and the Types of personal requests button.
Step 2
Click on the plus button, to create a new request type for employees to add.
Step 3
Complete the Name field, and then specify whether the request type will include the Subject, For period, and Gross/net value fields. After adding parameters, click Save.
Step 4
The new request type will appear on the list below.
New request can be also added from the Personal file side menu, by going into Staff requests and then clicking the Add a new request type button in the top right corner.
