Step 1
Select the Configuration option from the side menu and then click on the Personal file configuration - Skill types.
Step 2
Click on the plus icon in order to create a skill. Enter the name of the skill being added and click Save.

You can also do it by selecting Skills from the Personal file side menu. Then you need to click the three dots button in the upper right corner and select the Add new skill type button.
