HRnest allows you to block business trip settlements after a specific number of days has passed since the trip ended. This setting helps keep the settlement process organized and reduces trips added long after completion. The feature can be enabled only from an HR account or an Additional HR account.
Step 1
Go to Configuration, then select Business trip configuration → Settings:

Find the option Blocking backdated business trip settlements and turn it on:
💡 Tip: If you can’t find this option, use your browser’s Find feature: CTRL + F (Windows) or ⌘ + F (Mac).
Step 3
Once the option is enabled, click Change to set the number of days within which a business trip can still be settled:
