

HRnest enables you to quickly detect and resolve conflicts between requests and recorded working time.
If working time has already been recorded for a given day and a request that adds working hours to the time records is subsequently submitted, the system will notify you about the conflict.
Examples of requests that trigger this notification include:
Annual Leave,
Absence,
Sick Leave.

When approving such a request, you will see a notification informing you that working time has already been recorded for the selected day, along with the option to remove the conflicting time record.
This allows you to resolve the conflict immediately without having to manually navigate to Time Tracking.
ℹ️ Depending on your documents workflow, the conflict notification may be displayed to the First-level Supervisor, Second-level Supervisor, or the HR Department.
