How to unlock an employee account?

There are two types of employee account in the HRnest system:

Inactive – these are the employees who have been blocked by the Human Resources Department.

Blocked – incorrect password – applies to people who entered an incorrect password five times when logging into the system.

Step 1

From the side menu select Organization and then thanks to the 'Inactive' filter find inactive employees (Blocked by Human Resources or Blocked by incorrect password).

Step 2

Click the account details icon next to the selected employee.

Step 2

You can see the account status next to the Account type section in the Employee profile. You can lock or unlock the account, by clicking on the three dots icon in the top right corner, and then selecting the Lock/Unlock account button.

Step 3

If you want to either unlock or lock an account, you need to confirm the action by pressing the Confirm button.
