
The HR Department can independently configure the available notification types and decide who should receive them.
Notification Configuration – Where to Find It
Go to the Configuration tab. Then expand the Leave configuration section and click Notifications. Configure the notification system according to your needs.
⭐ Notifications Related to the HR Department
❗ To enable the HR Department to receive system notifications, the following option must be enabled: Send notifications to HR.
The HR Department can receive the following email notifications:
Notifications only about requests submitted by employees who do not require supervisor approval.
Notifications about newly created requests, including information about when they were created, as well as notifications about each stage of the approval process.
The HR Department can also decide to send email notifications only to the email address assigned to the main HR Department account. In this case, additional HR Department accounts will not receive notifications.
⭐ Notifications Related to Absence Coverage
When a replacement for absence has been assigned, the following settings can be configured:
An informational notification allowing the substitute designated in the request to receive a substitution notification once the request has been approved.
Disabling notifications about new requests for a supervisor if they have assigned a substitute for that period. In such cases, notifications will be sent to the designated substitutes instead.
⚠️ Sending notifications to a substitute applies only when a functional supervisor replacement has been assigned.
