By default, API access is available only to the main HR account. If you want to grant API access to other administrators (additional HR accounts), you need to enable an additional setting in the system configuration.

Go to Configuration, then select Integrations → API from the menu:

Enable the option Expand access to the API section for additional HR accounts:

NOTE: If the API tab is empty, please contact the Customer Success team via chat or email at support@hrnest.io. API access can be enabled only at the request of the main administrator.
