
The main administrator role can be assigned to only one person in the system. This required role has full administrative permissions, including the ability to add additional administrators.

Changing the main administrator requires assistance from the Customer Success team. The process depends on whether the person who currently holds this role can be contacted and participate in the change.
Path 1: The Main Administrator is available
This path applies when the current main administrator is available, aware of the planned change, and able to approve it by contacting the Customer Success team.
Step 1
The current main administrator should send an email to support@hrnest.io. The message should be sent from the email address assigned to their HRnest account.
Step 2
The email should include a short request to change the main administrator, along with the company name, the current administratorās email address, and the new email address of the person who will take over this role.
Example message:
Please update the main administrator for [company name] by changing the assigned email address from [current administratorās email address] to [new email address].
Step 3
After receiving the message, the Customer Success team will process the request, update the main administrator, and confirm the change in a reply.
ā Once the request has been successfully verified, the change will be completed as quickly as possible.
Path 2: The Main Administrator is not available
This path applies when the current main administrator cannot be reached, has left the organization, or is otherwise unable to confirm the change of the main administrator.
Step 1
A person authorized to represent the company, such as the CEO or a board member, should prepare and sign a formal request to change the main administrator.
The document should include:
company name,
current email address of the main administrator,
new email address of the person who will become the main administrator,
signature and company stamp of the authorized representative.
Example wording of the document:
I hereby request a change of the main administrator for [company name] from [current administratorās email address] to [new administratorās email address].
Step 2
A scan of the signed document should be sent to support@hrnest.io.
Step 3
Once the document has been received and verified, the Customer Success team will update the main administrator and confirm the change in response.
