My account is blocked

Learn what to do if your HRnest account has been blocked after entering the wrong password. Find out how to unlock your HRnest account, regain access, and log into the application.

If you enter the wrong password 3 times during login, your HRnest account will be temporarily blocked for security reasons.

Don’t worry — if your account has an email address assigned to it, you can unlock it yourself in just a few quick steps.

⚠️ Don’t have an email address linked to your HRnest account? Please contact your HR department — the administrator will help you regain access to your account.

Step 1

On the login page, click Unlock account:

Enter your account username (login) and click Send:

⚠️ Make sure you enter the correct username. Your username may be different from your email address, and more than one username can be linked to the same email address.

Step 3

We’ll send an email with an account unlock link to the email address linked to your account. Open the message and click the link to confirm your identity and unlock your account.

Didn’t receive the email? Check the following:

  • you entered the correct login in the form
    (your login may be different from your email address)

  • the message is not in your Spam or Junk folder

  • emails from system@hrnest.io are not blocked by your email provider or company settings
