In HRnest, you can assign a leave limit to a specific leave request type for Employees and Coworkers. This allows you to define how many days or hours are available and helps keep leave requests in line with your company policies.
You can add leave limits directly from an Employee's or Coworker's profile.

Step 1
To add a leave limit, go to Organization in the side menu and open the profile of the Employee you'd like to update.
Step 2
Open the Absences tab. Then, in the Actions column next to the relevant leave type (for example, Annual Leave), click the three-dot menu and select Add limit.

Step 3
Enter the date from which the leave limit should apply and specify the limit value. When everything is ready, click Add.
โ Remember to adjust the value to the employee's FTE.
That's it! ๐ The new leave limit will now be visible in the Employee's profile, where you can edit or remove it whenever needed.
