
By default, blocked employees are not displayed in the system, reports, or exports. However, you can change this setting if needed.
š Showing blocked accounts can be particularly useful when you need to verify the data of an employee who:
has already left the company,
has changed their employment type (e.g., position or contract) and therefore has a separate account.
Option 1: Show Blocked Accounts in the System
Step 1
From the side menu, select Configuration, then expand General Settings and choose Employee Accounts:

If you want blocked employees to be visible in the system and included in Excel exports, disable the toggle next to Hide blocked users in system (as shown in the screenshot):
