You can add hours in bulk:
when creating a new schedule,
or in an existing schedule.

Step 1
After configuring the schedule details, you’ll be taken to the schedule editing view. To add hours in bulk, click Bulk add/remove hours in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 2
On the next screen, you can set up how you want to add working hours in bulk. You can define:
working hours,
days of the week the hours should apply to,
the date range,
the employees who should receive these hours.
You can also add a comment that will appear under each schedule entry created this way.
Once everything is set, click Execute.
If you need to repeat this action, select Execute and repeat. The system will add the hours based on your previous settings and reopen the window with those settings saved - so you only need to adjust what’s different.
💡The Execute and repeat option is especially helpful for creating schedules over longer periods. You can add hours for up to one month at a time, but this option lets you quickly reuse the same setup for consecutive months.
After confirming, the hours will be added to the schedule according to your selected settings.
Once your schedule is ready, you can either send it for approval right away or save it as a draft and come back to it later.
