Bulk operations in time tracking

HRnest allows you to perform operations on multiple days at once. You can filter days (e.g. working days or days with already recorded working time), and then bulk add or remove time entries.

Bulk time registration

Step 1

Go to Work Time > Time tracking > Monthly, then select the month and the employee.

Step 2

Expand the available options to select the records you want to perform an action on.

❗ Working days are determined by the Days off calendar or the employee’s work schedule. You can read more about changing holidays or creating a schedule here: How to change the days off in a given year? & How to add a new schedule?

Step 3

Select the appropriate action from the list and click the OK button to apply it.

Step 4

The specified working time for the selected days should appear in the system.

Bulk deletion of work time registration

The process of deleting time entries is very similar to registering them.

Step 1

Go to Work Time > Time tracking > Monthly, then select the month and the employee. Then expand the available options to choose the records you want to act on.

Step 2

Select the appropriate action from the list and click the OK button.

Step 3

The specified working time for the selected days should be removed.
