
In HRnest, staff requests make it easy to contact your HR department about administrative and employment-related matters. Depending on the options available in your company, you can use them to submit various HR requests directly through the system.
Step 1
From the side menu, expand Personal File, select Staff requests, and then click Add request for HR.
Step 2
Select the type of request you want to submit, fill in the required information, and click Add.
💡 Can’t see the request type you need?
The request types available in HRnest are configured by your HR department. If the request you need is not listed, contact the person responsible for HR matters in your company.
Step 3
Finally, choose one of the following options:
Save as draft — if you want to return to the request and edit it later,
Save and submit for approval — if you want to send the request to HR right away.
✅ Once you submit the request, the HR team members will be notified.
Your request will now be awaiting review by HR. You can track its status at any time under Personal File → Staff requests.
